Lisa, with her sharp financial acumen and creative vision, has built an impressive career at Key Bank and Cedar Fair. After establishing herself as one of the top stock analysts, she transitioned into entertainment, quickly becoming a leader in Investor Relations at Cedar Fair. Her success there led her to oversee the Business Development team, where she spearheaded major initiatives like WinterFest and the creation of sports complexes, including Cedar Point Sports Center and Sports Force Parks in Sandusky, Ohio. Her expertise was further recognized when she served as a board member and CEO for Parks America, and in June 2024, she took on the CEO role at Explorer Hospitality Leisure & Development.

Justin brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held key roles such as General Manager at multiple resorts, hotels, and restaurants, and later overseeing Cedar Fair’s entire hospitality division, now part of Six Flags Entertainment. In his last decade with the company, he collaborated extensively with the Planning and Design division, working hands-on in the renovation and development of park-adjacent land. His leadership in these transformative projects reflects his deep knowledge of operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and strategic growth.
